This is the set up of the show in Florence. Every designer imaginable was there. The show was only open tot he press and buyers.. I think.

It was a children clothing fashion week. Amazing. A totally different world. It was completely fun.

this is the beginning of my installation. It took 12 hours to install nonstop. My husband did all the glueing. without him I would have been screwed. At the end of the day my knees were bleeding and I had blisters on my hands. The people at Simonetta were so wonderful.

And jumping around a little this is where I want to be forever….

this is the Ciis show. It turned out pretty good. The idea was to cover the walls with cut out lists of my ideas. All the things I think about in my work randomly listed. I wanted it to look totally obsessive and disorganized. The pictures of work like this, (it is like the Scatter pieces and the Creamed chicken and Olives) never turn out very well. The shadows make everything look out of focus.

I am into angry scribbles theses days. This was taken with my phone so it is not very good. Someone thought that this piece was a letter that I wrote and wrote me a funny note in responce.. (in a notebook at a show) It said I needed to use my art for a higher vibration. But my work is about capturing moments of emotion that are perserved in writing. So it is interesting to me that my work provoked just that. I might just make a piece out of it and show it next to this one… turn it into a diptic.
